How To Make Your Cookies Taste Better

I think anyone who bakes something, wishes their result(s) to be better than what it is. There are secrets and tips to actually get this done. Some would call for a better, more quality ingredient, secret techniques...or a secret ingredient. But nothing would coincide unless you have this one simple idea that you must not forget, EVER.

Get your measurements right!

...and that is why measurement cups are made with high precision! Such inferior equipments would disallow you to produce supreme results. You can't bake something that you'd wish to produce to be the same as what the comments told you so. Every aspect and corner of the instructions of that one particular recipe must not be taken lightly.

Since we are expertise in cookies (our market niche), we are going to tell you several things that you can do to manipulate your results' affection.

1) Cookies are a bit different than other confectionnaries. You are allowed to experiment with the amount of ingredients to be included, but never estimate them, instead, jot down the amount of ingredients that you've tried to get that perfect result. (Not suitable for cakes)

2) Butter plays a big role in baking. So now you know that you're in for another quest...quest for that perfect butter! :)
